- One conference participation by staff member and per year (always with an official presentation). More only with justifications;
- One conference participation by fellow on their second year;
- One or a few conference participations by doctoral students per year, to be approved by the supervisor and in the interest of CERN;
- Participation to conferences in CERN Member States approved by the Group Leader concerned;
- Participation to conferences outside CERN Member States approved by the EN Department Head;
- Participation to international or external training, like CAS/FLUKA courses should be checked by the Group Leader concerned and approved by the EN Department Head;
- Participation to international conferences like IPAC, FCC week, HiLumi approved by the EN Department Head;
- The Lists of participation to conferences are centralized by the DAO and kept updated all year-long by the GAOs;
- Your GAO will take care of: Travel arrangements and Claims, Conference registration fees paid through TPP or by Departmental Credit Card. Please contact your GAO.
- International and external training registrations are handled by the EN Deputy Departmental Training Officer.
