Highlights:

• The ‘Getting to grips with Supervision’ programme has now been endorsed by the DG and the Enlarged Directorate as mandatory for Supervisors of Graduates & Fellows. This training provides a basic introduction to the fundamentals of supervision.
  • NEW in 2023:
    • ‘Supervising Early Career Professionals’: 1-hour interactive session about onboarding, integration, supervision and questions.
    • Mini-workshops for Supervisors of Graduates & Fellows planned throughout the year.
• Language training:
  • The 7Speaking e-learning platform is now available for all (members of personnel and spouses!) with a one-year licence available in both French and English. Price: 60CHF.
• Technical Management:
  • Early career researchers (DOCT and FELL) and their supervisors will be contacted and will receive information on the specific offer for them.
