Some highlights this month include:

• Launch of the newly revised programme for Section Leaders/Supervisors: ‘Absence in the Workplace: Your Role as a Manager’. This course replaces the previous version for Group Leaders (‘Work Well, Feel Well: How to ensure the health and wellbeing of your team!’)
• New training ‘CERN Service Management – Ticketing system (Foundation)’: virtual session in March. Please note this introduction to CERN Service Portal, CERN Service Catalogue and ticketing is ideal for newcomers.
• UDEMY: 1 year licenses from the 1st of April will be available soon. You can already indicate your interest here.
• MALT project: LibreOffice Suite training available in March. The ‘Draw’ module will be proposed soon.
• Procurement of supplies or services: new ‘à la carte’ approach for the training (see here for details). Finance & procurement catalogue courses:
  • Procurement supplies > 50 KCHF
  • Procurement supplies at CERN up to 200000CHF
  • Procurement supplies > 200 KCHF: divided into 3 modules, each training module will be available every quarter
  • Procurement and Contract management for Industrial Services
