News 2025 – Week 15
A few highlights this month are:
- Languages:
- ‘Learn French with Confidence (A1 to C2) – IN CLASS’: 5 May – 15 July 2025. Registration by 29 April.
- ‘Welcome to French for BEGINNERS – IN CLASS’: 5 May – 14 July 2025. Registration by 30 April.
- Technical management:
- New training ‘Introduction to Archives & Records Management’: course delivered in English and French by the CERN Library Service. Sessions will be organised according to the demand. You can indicate your interest in the Learning Hub.
- Communication :
- ‘Feedback Matters: The art of receiving and giving feedback’: for both individuals and supervisors.
- Personal Development:
- For Staff: ‘Capsule coaching’ for career orientation (3hrs of online coaching).
- For Staff with IC contract and 11+ years of service: ‘Focus on your career: development discussion’ (3.5 hours individual coaching + 2 discussions with HR & N+2)
- UDEMY: new one-year licences available for 180 CHF, valid from 1 April.
- “Beyond the Horizon” series: new article ‘Knit the net – Create a powerful support system around you’.
